A great Scout died – Baldur Hermans * 13.6.1938 + 16.11.2015

Dear Friends, it is with Deep Pain that we read the message about Baldur’s Departure. He’s a Great loss not only for his family and surroundings but also to DPSG and the Scout Mouvement around the world and especially within the ICCS. We pray the Lord for the rest of his soul, may He embrace him with His mercy.
