Invitation to the ICCS-EM 2019 Seminar & Council Meeting in Krakow – 14-17 November 2019

On behalf of the ICCS-EM Committee, I am pleased to invite you to our ICCS-EM Annual Council Meeting and Seminar which will be held in Krakow, Poland from the 14th till the 17th of November 2019, hosted by the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, ZHP.
Kindly find attached the Invitation and the related documents:
- Invitation to the Seminar & Council Meeting
- Provisional Agenda for the Council Meeting
- Excerpts from the ICCS New Statutes and Rules of Procedures governing the management of the ICCS-EM Council Meeting & Elections
- Nomination for the election of the Regional Committee Members to be received by October 15, 2019
- Application/Registration Form to be sent back by October 15, 2019

- Program of the Conference
- Annual Reports [including the Financials]
